Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By using Profflow, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users of Profflow.

2. Description of service

Profflow is a profit tracking and financial analytics tool for Shopify store owners. We provide a dashboard showing real net profit, expense breakdowns, cash flow forecasts, and invoice generation.

3. Account registration

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use Profflow
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one account without our permission

4. Shopify integration

By connecting your Shopify store, you grant Profflow read-only access to your store data. We use this data solely to provide the Profflow service. You can revoke access at any time from your Shopify admin.

5. Payments and billing

• All payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never store your card details
• All prices are in EUR; applicable VAT is calculated and shown at checkout
• Founding access is a monthly subscription: founding members pay the intro price (excl. VAT) for the first 2 months, after which the plan continues at the regular monthly price (excl. VAT)
• Subscription plans introduced after the founding period will be billed monthly in advance and may be cancelled at any time
• We reserve the right to change pricing for new customers; this never changes the agreed pricing schedule of an active founding subscription

6. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time; you will not be billed again and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We generally do not refund the current month once it has started. If you were charged in error, contact us at hello@profflow.co and we will make it right. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Profflow for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the service to harm, harass, or defraud others
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems

8. Intellectual property

Profflow and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by Profflow Analytics OÜ and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your data remains yours — we claim no ownership over your store data.

9. Limitation of liability

Profflow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Profflow is an analytics tool and does not constitute financial, tax, or legal advice. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of significant changes. Continued use of Profflow after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
